Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Hydrogen Open mobile application (the “Application”), available on iOS and Android platforms, operated by  [ Zenit Informatikai Kft. VAT: HU241228337 ] (the “Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Application provides event-related information for informational purposes only, including but not limited to event descriptions, dates, locations, and schedules.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.

3. Nature of the Service

4. No Warranty and No Guarantee

4.1. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

  • the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of event information;

  • the availability or continuity of the Application;

  • the occurrence, quality, safety, or legality of any event.

4.2. The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider and the Application developer shall not be liable for any:

  • direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages;

  • loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities;

  • damages resulting from event cancellation, modification, postponement, or misinformation.

5.2. Use of the Application is entirely at the user’s own risk.

6. Third-Party Events and Organizers

6.1. Events listed in Hydrogen Open are organized, managed, and operated by third parties.
6.2. The Service Provider assumes no responsibility or liability for:

  • event execution or quality;

  • changes in event details;

  • disputes between users and event organizers.

6.3. Users are solely responsible for verifying event details with official sources.

7. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws;

  • refrain from abusing, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Application;

  • accept full responsibility for decisions made based on information provided by the Application.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1. All content, software, trademarks, logos, and design elements of the Application are the exclusive property of the Service Provider or its licensors.
8.2. No rights are granted except for a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Suspension and Termination

9.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time, without notice or liability.
9.2. We may discontinue the Application or any part of it at our sole discretion.

10. Third-Party Services and Platforms

10.1. The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services.
10.2. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or practices.
10.3. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for the Application and bear no liability related to its use.

12. Changes to the Terms

12.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

13.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.
